1. 운영자 / Controller

2. 수집하는 정보 / Data we collect

• Firebase 익명 사용자 ID와 앱 인스턴스·무결성 확인 정보
• 사용자가 정한 닉네임과 선택한 국가
• 점수, 랭킹, 진행도, 장비 등급, 플레이 결과와 부정행위 검증용 replay
• 인증·보안 과정에서 Firebase가 처리하는 IP 주소, 기기·앱 정보
• 고객지원 또는 삭제 요청 시 사용자가 이메일로 제공하는 정보

We process an anonymous Firebase user ID, nickname, selected country, scores, rankings, progression, equipment, run results, anti-cheat replay evidence, app-integrity information, and security metadata handled by Firebase such as IP address and device/app information. We also process information you voluntarily send to support.

앱은 광고 SDK, GPS·정확한 위치·위치 권한, 연락처, 사진, 마이크, 카메라, 결제 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

The app does not collect advertising IDs, GPS or precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data, or payment information.

3. 이용 목적 / Purposes

• 회원가입 없는 익명 인증과 게임 진행도 저장
• 오늘·주간·역대·국가별 랭킹 제공
• 점수 검증, 중복 제출 방지, 서비스 보안과 부정행위 방지
• 오류 대응, 고객지원과 법적 의무 이행

We use the data to authenticate players anonymously, save progress, provide leaderboards, verify scores, prevent abuse, operate support, and comply with legal obligations.

4. 처리 위탁·공유 / Processors and sharing

회사는 인증, Cloud Functions, Firestore, Cloud Storage, App Check와 인프라 운영을 위해 Google Firebase 및 Google Cloud를 처리자로 이용합니다. 법령상 의무가 있거나 사용자가 요청한 경우를 제외하고 정보를 판매하거나 광고 사업자와 공유하지 않습니다.

세계 랭킹 기능을 이용하면 사용자가 정한 닉네임, 선택 국가와 승인된 점수가 다른 이용자에게 공개될 수 있습니다. 익명 Firebase 사용자 ID와 replay 원문은 공개하지 않습니다.

We use Google Firebase and Google Cloud as service providers. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertising networks. When you use the world leaderboard, your chosen nickname, selected country, and approved score may be visible to other players. Your anonymous Firebase user ID and raw replay are not made public.

5. 보관 기간 / Retention

• 프로필·진행도·공식 랭킹: 삭제 요청 또는 서비스 종료 시까지
• 소비된 일회성 티켓과 중복 제출 방지용 영수증·해시: 삭제 요청 또는 서비스 종료 시까지
• 랭킹 신고와 처리 기록: 삭제 요청 또는 서비스 종료 시까지
• 검증 replay object: 최대 30일
• 그 밖의 임시 점수 제출 영수증·replay hash: 원칙적으로 7일
• 속도 제한·검증 예산 기록: 원칙적으로 2일
• 일일 도전 상태: 원칙적으로 14일
• 고객지원·삭제 요청 메일: 문의 처리 종료 후 원칙적으로 1년
• 계정 삭제 후 법적 의무·보안·부정행위 방지에 필요한 최소 기록: 최대 30일 추가 보관

Profile, progression, and official ranking data remain until deletion is requested or the service ends. Consumed one-time ticket records and the minimal receipt and hash identifiers needed to prevent replay or duplicate submissions, as well as leaderboard report records, are retained for the same period. Support and deletion-request email is normally retained for one year after the request is closed. Other temporary replay and security data use the shorter periods listed above, and minimal legal or anti-abuse records may remain for up to 30 additional days after account deletion.

6. 보호 조치·국외 처리 / Security and international processing

전송 구간은 HTTPS로 암호화하며, Firebase App Check, 비공개 서버 검증기, 최소 권한 IAM과 접근 차단 규칙을 사용합니다. Firebase 인증 및 지원 서비스 특성상 정보가 대한민국 밖에서 처리될 수 있습니다.

Data is encrypted in transit with HTTPS. We use Firebase App Check, a private server verifier, least-privilege IAM, and deny-by-default database rules. Firebase authentication and support services may process data outside the Republic of Korea.

8. 아동 / Children

RIFT는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 만 13세 미만 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 확인 후 삭제합니다.

RIFT is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that data from a child under 13 was collected, we will verify and delete it.

9. 변경 / Changes

중요한 변경은 이 페이지의 시행일을 갱신하고 앱 또는 공식 사이트를 통해 알립니다.

For material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice in the app or on the official site.
