데이터 삭제
앱을 삭제한 뒤에도 요청할 수 있습니다.
앱이 설치되어 있는 경우
- RIFT 홈 오른쪽 위 설정을 엽니다.
- 개인정보 및 데이터 → 데이터 삭제 요청을 선택합니다.
- 자동 입력된 삭제 ID를 지우지 말고 이메일을 전송합니다.
Open Settings in the upper-right corner of the RIFT home screen, choose Request Data Deletion, and send the prepared email without removing the anonymous deletion ID. This is the fastest way to match your data.
앱을 이미 삭제한 경우
아래 이메일 버튼으로 닉네임, 선택 국가, 대략적인 최고 점수와 요청 내용을 보내주세요. 확인에 필요한 최소한의 추가 정보를 요청할 수 있지만 앱 재설치를 요구하지 않습니다.
If the app is uninstalled, send your nickname, selected country, approximate best score, and your deletion request. We may ask for minimal verification but will not require reinstalling the app.
삭제되는 정보와 처리 기간
확인된 요청은 통상 30일 안에 Firebase 익명 계정, 프로필, 진행도, 장비, 공식 랭킹과 저장 replay를 삭제합니다. 법적 의무와 보안· 부정행위 방지에 꼭 필요한 최소 기록만 최대 30일 추가 보관할 수 있으며 이 기간이 지나면 삭제합니다.
We normally delete the verified Firebase anonymous account, profile, progression, equipment, official leaderboard entries, and stored replays within 30 days. Minimal records required for legal, security, or anti-cheat purposes may be retained for up to 30 additional days and are then deleted.
